A coil winding machine is a device used to create coils of Copper wire or other materials. It consists of several components, including a spindle, bobbin, tensioner, counter, sensor, relays and controller. The spindle rotates the bobbin, which holds the wire or material to be wound, while the tensioner controls the tension to prevent tangling or breaking. The counter measures the number of turns or length of the wire or material. The controller establishes the parameters for the winding process, including the spindle’s speed, direction, and pattern. A coil winding machine is versatile and can be used for various applications, such as transformers, motors, generators, inductors, solenoids, and electromagnets.
